YOGA IN THE MYBIRTH COMMUNITY STUDIO

Throughout the month, join MyBirth and Nee Nee Lovee for our prenatal and postnatal yoga classes. Taught in the MyBirth Community Studio, everyone gets a chance to create community, ask questions, get modifications, and tune in with their pregnant or postpartum selves. Open to all experience levels, all stages of pregnancy, and ALL people who’ve given birth (no matter when it was, Nee Nee will help you safely connect with your breath, body, pelvic floor, and core).

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is a great way to prepare the mind and body for birth and beyond. It is our intention to create a sacred space that allows you to connect to other birthing people and your baby through group discussions, gentle movement and breath work. With the physical postures of yoga, journaling and meditation, your mind & body will feel ready to bring your baby into the world in whichever way you choose.

Peace & blessings,

I’m Shaniqua but I also go by Nee Nee Lovee. I am a mama of two, dedicated to creating safe spaces for expecting and postpartum people through movement and breath work. After giving birth to my second sun, I felt called to show up as an advocate for  women looking to reclaim their power as they navigate motherhood. As a wellness practitioner and soon to be wellness doula, I help women navigate postpartum by curating self-care regimens specific to their needs and wellness goals. I also own an herbal tea company, LoveeTeaHC, with my partner. My work is deeply rooted in community, generational healing, and liberation.
